I’ve been asked to be a panelist concerning connecting human rights, disability and access to government services and the social determinants of health relating to access to services.

When and where: Dal Legal Aid’s AGM, on Thursday, April 5, at 7pm in the Northend library.

Other panelists include: Claire McNeil, DLAS lawyer, who will speak on the human rights aspects of access to services (she is representing at the Human Rights Commission Board of Inquiry, regarding the Emerald Hall case) and Megan MacBride, social worker at the Northend Community Health Centre.
