I always tell my attendants to “always expect the unexpected” around here, but these past few days it was I who had to do that, when my oldest website got a virus. Suddenly I was fearing 16 years worth of work vaporizing into cyberspace. But thanks to an exceptionally kind, very patient and extremely helpful Website Security Consultant at Sitelock / Ipage.com, named Charles, all is well again. Charles and I have been email buddies these past few days, with many emails going back and forth at rapid speed. And tonight, thanks to Charles, all is again well. The site is being treated as I write this to you.
I’m exhausted. Fear of losing that volume of work is tiring! But as tired as I am, I am also immensely grateful that things turned out as well as they have.
