UPS Sucks!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday UPS delivered my package. I got an email “proof of delivery” and everything!

Only, UPS did not deliver my package – at least not to the right address!

My Building Manager and Assistant Building Manager (who are both completely awesome) checked our building’s security feed and around the building. This was a huge help because when Kris and I called UPS we were able to state: “We have security cameras in this building. You guys weren’t even at our building today, at all!”

After we said that, the girl admitted it was a “misdelivery.”

I wasn’t sue if she had said “missed delivery,” or “mis-delivery,” so I asked.

She replied: “No, the driver just delivered it to the wrong address.”

I couldn’t believe the casual tone in her voice.

She further went on to say: “Our Investigation Team will get right on this and will call you right back!”

When I asked how soon I could expect a call, she said “Oh, Monday.”

So I said: “So, whomever has my package (which contains merchandise that I’m planning to sell on my online store) might open it, do whatever the frig they want with it, but I don’t need to worry, ’cause your Investigation Team will get right on Monday.”
